Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the mounting points differ slightly.

How to remove the front bumper

- open the hood.

- under the hood, we unscrew the four screws that secure the radiator grille.

- (2006-2011) remove the radiator grille (pull up). We unscrew three screws on each side and remove the pads near the headlights.

- (2011-2017) pull out the four pistons (inserted from the bottom up), release the latches in the wings (you need to press the latch with a flat screwdriver) and remove the cover plate under the radiator grille and headlights. Remove the radiator grille.

- through the openings under the headlights, we pull out two pistons that attach the sides to the wings.

- we unscrew the two screws (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.

- remove the license plate along with the frame and unscrew the two screws under them.

- from the bottom side, we pull out two pistons on each side.

- we turn the wheels depending on which side you will disassemble.

- in the wheel arches, we pull out three pistons on each side, which fasten the fenders (front and sides.

- with an assistant, we remove the bumper forward from the guides in the wings (we look for wires).

- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).

 

How to remove the rear bumper

- open the trunk doors.

- in the trunk opening, we unscrew the seven screws that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.

- pull out the four pistons in the footrest (inserted from top to bottom).

- (if any) before the hook of the tow bar, pull out the piston and unscrew the two screws.

- in the wheel arches, we unscrew one screw on each side, and remove the protective moldings (they are held on the inner pistons, we pull the edge towards ourselves).

- under the protective moldings, we pull out two pistons on each side.

- we pull out two pistons at the edges from the bottom side.

- with the assistant, we remove the bumper back (we look so as not to break the wires).

- we release the connectors of electrical equipment.
