How to remove the front bumper
- open the hood.
- we unscrew two screws (twisted from top to bottom) and two screws in the lower part, release them from the latches (indicated in the diagram by blue arrows) and remove the radiator grille.
- under the radiator grille, unscrew the two screws (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.
- on the bottom side, we unscrew eight screws (twisted from the bottom up).
- in the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side that attach the fenders (this is more convenient if you turn the wheels to the side) and two screws (twisted from the bottom up) that attach the corners to the wings.
- with an assistant, we remove the front bumper forward from the guide profiles in the wings (we look so as not to break the electrical wires and hoses).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
- (if any) disconnect the headlight washer hoses.
How to remove the rear bumper
- remove the back panel trim (pull out the pistons at the bottom, then pull the trim up).
- we release the sides of the side panels of the trunk (you need to get access to the back of the wings).
- behind the side panels of the trunk, unscrew two nuts on each side, release the connectors and remove the taillights.
- in the inner part of the wings, we unscrew one screw on each side.
- in the openings of the rear lights, we unscrew two screws on each side, which fasten the upper part of the rear bumper.
- we unscrew the seven screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
- in the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side that attach the fenders (the rear part is more convenient to unscrew with a ratchet) and pull out two pistons (inserted from the bottom up) that attach the corners to the wings.
- with an assistant, we remove the rear bumper back from the guide profiles in the wings (we look so as not to break the wires).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
