How to remove the front bumper

- open the hood.

- under the hood, pull out the four pistons (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.

- on the bottom side, unscrew the two screws that secure the lower part (twisted from bottom to top).

- we twist the wheels to the side.

- in the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side (two attach the fender cover and one corner to the guide profile).

- we release the retainers in the wings (we pull at the corners).

- with an assistant, we pull the bumper forward (we look so as not to break the wires).

- disconnect the fog lamp connectors (if any).

 

How to remove the rear bumper

- open the trunk lid.

- in the trunk opening, unscrew two screws and remove the plastic cover.

- under the cover plate, unscrew the six screws (TORX, twisted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the rear bumper, remove the metal bar.

- on the bottom side, unscrew the two screws that secure the lower part.

- in the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side, which fasten the fenders (rear part).

- release the sides from the wings (pull the corners towards you).

- with an assistant, we pull the bumper back (we look at the wires).

- we release the connectors of electrical equipment (if any).
