How to remove the front bumper

- open the radiator grille.

- under the grille, release two latches and remove the hood.

- under the hood, unscrew the two screws and pull out the four pistons (twisted and inserted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.

- on the bottom side, unscrew the three screws that secure the lower part (twisted from bottom to top).

- we twist the wheels to the side.

- in the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side, which fasten the fenders (front part).

- we take the fenders to the side and unscrew six screws on each side, which fasten the sides of the bumper and the lining of the arches.

- we release the latches in the wings (around the corner and pull on ourselves, it is more convenient to do this if you unscrew the four bolts and remove the headlights).

- with an assistant, we pull the bumper forward (we look behind the wires).

- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).

How to remove the rear bumper

- open the trunk lid.

- in the trunk opening, we release the lower part of the rubber seal.

- remove the plastic cover plate (it is held on latches, you need to pry it up and pull it up).

- under the cover plate, we unscrew the six screws (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.

- on the bottom side, we unscrew seven screws that secure the lower part and four that secure the arch linings.

- in the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side, which fasten the fenders (rear part).

- unscrew the screws and release the back of the arch linings.

- between the linings and the body, we unscrew two screws on each side, which fasten the sides of the bumper.

- release the latches in the wings (pull the corners towards you).

- we pull the bumper back (we look for wires).

- we release the connectors of electrical equipment (if any).
