Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting points differ slightly.
How to remove the front bumper
- lift up and fix the hood.
- under the hood, we unscrew two screws and pull out five clips that attach the upper part of the front bumper and the radiator grille.
- on the bottom side, we unscrew eight screws (twisted from the bottom up), which fasten the lower part (screws of different sizes).
- turn the wheels to the side.
- in the wheel arches, we pull out one clip and unscrew one screw on each side, which fasten the fenders (front part).
- we release the sides from the latches in the wings (you need to pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
- with the assistant, we remove the bumper forward (pay attention to the wires and hoses).
- we release the connectors of electrical equipment (if any).
- disconnect the headlight washer hoses (liquid will flow out of the tank).
How to remove the rear bumper
- open the trunk lid.
- in the side panels of the trunk, open the covers.
- under the covers, unscrew three nuts on each side, disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the taillights (pull on yourself).
- under the taillights, we pull out two clips on each side that attach the upper part of the rear bumper.
- from the bottom side, pull out two clips and unscrew the two screws (twisted and inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part.
- in the wheel arches, we unscrew two screws, pull out two clips, release them from the latches and remove the fenders.
- behind the fenders, we unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top), which fix the corners to the wings.
- release the latches in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
- release the four retainers in the trunk opening (pull on yourself).
- with the assistant, we carefully remove the bumper back (we look so as not to break the wires).
- release the connectors of electrical components (if installed).
