Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting points differ slightly.
How to remove the front bumper
- open the hood.
- under the hood, unscrew two screws, use a flat screwdriver to release two latches and remove the radiator grille up.
- under the radiator grille, we unscrew the four screws that secure the upper part of the front bumper.
- depending on the side, we turn out the wheels.
- in the wheel arches, we unscrew four screws on each side, which fasten the fenders (front part).
- we unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top), which fix the corners to the wings.
- on the bottom side, we unscrew five screws (twisted from the bottom up).
- there are two latches in the middle front grille that need to be pressed with a flat screwdriver while pulling the bumper forward.
- with an assistant, we remove the front bumper forward from the rails in the wings (we look for wires and hoses).
- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
- if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses.
How to remove the rear bumper
- open the trunk lid.
- we release the side panels of the trunk (you need to get access to the rear of the taillights).
- behind the skins, we unscrew two hooks on each side, release the connectors and remove the rear lights.
- under the taillights, we unscrew two screws on each side that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.
- on the bottom side, we unscrew four (six) screws (twisted from the bottom up), which fasten the lower part.
- in the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side, which fasten the fenders (rear part).
- behind the fenders, we unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from top to bottom, there may be pistons), which fasten the corners to the wings.
- with an assistant, we remove the rear bumper back from the guide profiles in the wings (we look for wires).
- remove the connectors of electrical equipment.
