How to remove the front bumper

Removed together with the amplifier.

- turn the wheels to the side.

- in the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side, which fasten the fenders.

- we unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top), which fix the corners to the wings.

- then you can withdraw money in two ways: 1. from the bottom side, unscrew two bolts (17 mm) on each side, which attach the amplifier brackets to the spars. 2. In the front part, remove the lights (plugs) and unscrew the screws under them that attach the brackets to the amplifier.

- with an assistant, we remove the front bumper forward from the guide brackets in the wings.

- disconnect the connectors of electrical equipment and headlight washer hoses (if any).

 

How to remove the rear bumper

It is removed together with a metal amplifier.

- open the trunk lid (door).

- in the trunk, we raise the floor.

- remove the spare tire.

- under the floor of the luggage compartment, we unscrew the four bolts that attach the amplifier brackets to the spars.

- in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the sides and (if any) mudguards.

- on the bottom side, we unscrew five (or seven, depending on the body type) screws, release the fixing elements.

- with the assistant, we remove the bumper back from the guide profiles in the wings (please note that you need to pull evenly on both sides, otherwise the brackets will jam in the spars).
