Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the mounting points differ slightly.

How to remove the front bumper

The difference between the restyled version (since 1999) is that it is unnecessary to remove the radiator grille separately and the location of the screws is slightly changed.

- open the hood.

- under the hood, we unscrew the three screws that secure the radiator grille.

- remove the direction indicators, unscrew the two nuts under them and remove the radiator grille.

- under the grille, unscrew the screws that secure the upper part of the front bumper.

- in the front part, unscrew the screws with a shaped screwdriver and remove the three decorative pads.

- under the pads, unscrew the four screws (twisted from the bottom up).

- on the bottom side, we unscrew the five screws that secure the lower part.

- turn the wheels to the side.

- in the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side, which fasten the fenders.

- we move the fenders to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top), which fix the corners to the wings.

- with an assistant, we remove the bumper forward from the guide profiles in the wings (we look for wires).

- disconnect the fog lamp connectors (if any).

How to remove the rear bumper

- open the trunk lid.

- in the trunk opening, unscrew the screws (two, three or four, depending on the year of manufacture and body type).

- in the wheel arches, we unscrew two (three) screws on each side, which fasten the fenders (rear part) and the sides of the rear bumper.

- on the bottom side, we unscrew five (four) screws (twisted from the bottom up), which fasten the lower part.

- with an assistant, we remove the bumper back from the guide profiles in the wings (we look so as not to break the wires).

- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).
