Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting points may vary slightly.
How to remove the front bumper
- open the hood.
- under the hood, unscrew two screws (there may not be any screws) and pull out five pistons that attach the upper part of the front bumper.
- we pull out the top two fixing strips and pull the headlights forward (you can not remove the headlights, but they are removed very easily, and without them it is easier to remove the bumper).
- turn the wheels inside the arch.
- we unscrew five screws on each side, which fasten the fenders (front part).
- on the bottom side, unscrew the four screws (twisted from the bottom up).
- if there are headlight washers, you need to lift the injectors and remove the caps from them.
- we release the latches in the wings (we put our hand in the opening of the headlight and pull the corner towards ourselves).
- (we need two people) we remove the bumper forward (we look behind the wires).
- disconnect the connectors from the fog lights (if any).
How to remove the rear bumper
- lift up the trunk lid.
- remove the trunk lid stops (you need to turn them counterclockwise and pull them towards you).
- unscrew two screws from the bottom side.
- in the wheel arches, we unscrew four (three) screws on each side, which fasten the fenders (rear part).
- we release the latches in the wings (you need to pick up a flat object and pull the corner towards you. Be careful not to scratch the paint).
- release the latches under the taillights.
- we remove the rear bumper on ourselves (pay attention to the wires).
- disconnect the connectors of electrical components.
