Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting points differ slightly.

How to remove the front bumper

- open the hood.

- under the hood, we pull out the pistons (inserted from top to bottom) that attach the upper part of the front bumper.

- (if any) unscrew the nuts and remove the brushes together with the levers of the headlight cleaning system, disconnect the hoses from the injectors.

- remove the turn signal repeaters (you need to pry the nearest corner to the wheel).

- we release the covers under the headlights from the latches (the closest angle to the radiator grille, you can not completely remove it).

- we unscrew two bolts under the pads.

- we unscrew two bolts in the lower grid (they can be hidden under the covers).

- in the wheel arches, remove four metal rivets on each side (instead of rivets, then you can put screws or pistons), which fasten the fenders.

- (2004-2006) we unscrew two screws behind the fenders.

- from the bottom side, we pull out two pistons.

- (2004-2006) we release the latches in the fenders and with the assistant we remove the bumper forward (be careful not to break the wires).

- (1998-2003) with an assistant, we evenly remove the bumper forward from the surfacing brackets in the wings (be careful not to break the wires).

- disconnect the electrical equipment connectors (if any).

How to remove the rear bumper

- open the trunk lid.

- we lift the floor covering, remove the battery.

- release the side panels and remove the rear trunk trim (you need to access the back of the rear panel).

- through the holes in the rear panel, we unscrew the nuts (before the 1998-2003 facelift-four nuts, after the 2004-2006 facelift-six nuts).

- in the wheel arches, we use a drill to remove five metal rivets on each side (when installing, you can fasten them with screws or install pistons).

- in the trunk, unscrew the antenna connector.

- with an assistant, we remove the bumper back from the guide profiles in the wings.

- disconnect the parking assistant connectors (if any).
