How to remove the front bumper

- raise and fix the hood.

- click on the retainers (indicated in the diagram by blue arrows) and remove the radiator grille.

- pull up two locking bars on each side and remove the headlights.

- we unscrew the six bolts (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.

- in the inner part of the fenders, behind the headlights, we unscrew one screw on each side, which fasten the wheel arch extensions.

- we unscrew the six screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.

- turn the wheels inside the arch.

- in the wheel arches, we unscrew the screws and pull out the pistons that attach the fenders and wheel arch extensions.

- we remove the wheel arch extensions (they are held on the latches, we pull them towards us).

- under the wheel arch extensions, we unscrew one screw on each side, which fix the corners to the wings.

- disconnect the fog lamp connectors.

- disconnect the headlight washer hose from the pump.

- with the assistant we remove the front bumper.

How to remove the rear bumper

- open the trunk.

- unscrew the two screws on each side that secure the taillights.

- we release the retainers in the wings and remove the taillights.

- under the taillights, we unscrew the two screws that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.

- in the trunk opening, we pull out four pistons (inserted from top to bottom, the pistons are hard to reach).

- on the bottom side, we unscrew six screws (twisted from the bottom up), which fasten the lower part.

- unscrew the screws and remove the mudguards.

- we unscrew two screws, pull out two pistons on each side and remove the wheel arch extensions (they are held on the latches, we pull them with a jerk).

- behind the wheel arch extensions, we pull out one piston on each side, which fasten the corners to the wings.

- through the opening of the left rear light, disconnect the common connector of parking sensors.

- with the assistant, we release the latches in the wings (pull on ourselves) and remove the bumper back.
