How to remove the front bumper
According to the instructions, the bumper is removed along with the wings. You need to unscrew the sixteen screws under the hood that attach the upper part of the fenders and bumper, remove the wheels, unscrew the screws in the wheel arches and remove the fenders, unscrew the ten screws and eight nuts in the wheel arches that attach the wings. Then unscrew the six screws on the bottom side and remove the front bumper along with the fenders. Now you can unscrew ten screws and separate the bumper from the fenders.
The problem is that the lower wing mounting screws and nuts are highly susceptible to corrosion. There is a very high probability that you will break them.
You only need to remove the fenders because of the four screws that are located near the headlights, closer to the engine compartment. It is very difficult and inconvenient to unscrew these screws without removing the wings, but it is possible. You need to remove the headlights (the headlights are removed without a bumper) and unscrew the four screws through the openings of the headlights. With this method, it is unnecessary to unscrew the wings.
How to remove the rear bumper
Like the front bumper, the rear bumper can be removed without fenders. Open the trunk lid and unscrew the screws in the opening. From the trunk, you need to unscrew two plastic nuts and remove the taillights. In the wheel arches, we unscrew three screws on each side and bend the fenders, under the fenders we unscrew three screws on each side (twisted from bottom to top), which attach the sides, through metal slats, to the wings. We unscrew six screws from the bottom side.
Now the most difficult part, you need to unscrew the four screws through the openings of the rear lights. When all the screws around the perimeter of the bumper are unscrewed, you can lift it a little, then access will open up and it will be more convenient to unscrew the remaining four screws.
